Proposal Project Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Project Manager to support the preparation of high-quality proposals and project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the proposal process, including compiling, writing, editing, and formatting content

Ensure timely contributions from stakeholders and manage quality control for proposals

Conduct prospect research and monitor online RFP databases for opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or English

1-3 years of experience in a writing-intensive role

Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects

Familiarity with proposal software and design tools is a plus

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a deadline-driven environment
