- Attend hearings and handle appeals.
- Represent clients in various real estate matters including partition actions, unlawful detainer actions, and landlord / tenant disputes.
- Advise on cases related to construction defects, failure to disclose, and estate planning / probate issues.
- Manage liens, judgments, For Sale by Owner transactions, and seller financing matters.
