The Product Manager I shapes the overall vision of software products and applications through collaboration with clients and internal software developers, design, account management / sales, and marketing teams. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate strong ownership, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate next steps without constant direction. Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones is essential, as we work with teams and stakeholders in North America, Europe, and beyond.

What You Will Do

• Drive product development with a full engineering team
• Collaborate on building business case, defining product vision and strategy
• Internalize customer pain points
• Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success to ensure features are well-positioned and adopted by end users
• Communicate status of project with stakeholders
• Manage the prioritized feature backlog and bug process
• Create clear and concise product specs, test, iterate and drive to launch, partnering with Engineers and Designers on product development
• Contribute to launch readiness - create user documentation and internal enablement materials
• Assist in identifying product success metrics and monitor post-launch performance using analytics and feedback
• Actively participate in roadmap planning
