PROGRAM DIRECTOR - RECREATION DEPARTMENT

Applications are now being accepted for the position of Recreation Program Director

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in organizing and conducting recreational activities, life skills and special events for a variety of age groups.
• Preferred A.S. Degree in Recreation, Fine Arts, Program Leadership or Related Field, but not required.
• Must have current Red Cross CPR & First Aid Certifications.
• Preferred certification as a Red Cross CPR & First Aid Instructor
• Preferred Serve Safe Certification
• Preferred Water Safety Certification
• Must be flexible with hours - shift may change every session and / or season - limited evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to work with different groups of people; Preschool - Senior Citizens.
• Some Donation and / or Grant writing experience a plus
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Salary and Hours : $23.243 - $26.985 / hour - 40 hours weekly
