The job : As a surveillance operator, you will help cultivate a collaborative safe environment by working closely with partner departments to support and elevate the guest experience. Your role is essential in maintaining a fair, safe, and secure gaming atmosphere for both guests and team members.

The starting rate : $20.70

The day-to-day :

• Utilize a range of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to observe and review casino operations, record and archive audio / video evidence, and ensure the surveillance system is functioning properly
• Actively monitor all casino operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, identify suspicious behavior, and help prevent fraud and theft
• Collaborate with the local gaming authority and support external law enforcement agencies as needed; provide court testimony on behalf of the company when required. Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance activities and sensitive information
