4 days onsite / Fridays remote

Required :   10 years of experience with Endur, Java and interfacing to Oracle. MUST be ENDUR, not exceptions or equivalents accepted. No equivalents for any of these.

As a Software Developer V, you will lead the design and development for enterprise software solutions. You will define technology strategy and set the technical direction for software projects while serving as a mentor to others on the team. The ability to prioritize projects and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization are keys to success!

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and development (including hands on development, testing, and debugging) of sophisticated software solutions
• Sets the technical direction for sophisticated software projects and initiatives
• Leads architectural design and ensures alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborates with senior leadership to define technology strategy
• Mentors and coaches' development teams and technical leaders
• Other duties as assigned
