$20 / hr. base pay while training. Once trained, base pay is $18 / hr. + production bonuses!

BASIC FUNCTION : All duties related to the installation of residential and commercial insulation

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Installs batts of insulation in walls and ceilings
• Performs prep work including foam and caulk, fireproofing, baffles, wind tunnels, stuffing windows, filling joist spaces, etc.
• Installs blown-in and / or spray in insulation
• Installs poly or other vapor barriers
• Responsible for loading, unloading, safety checks, and basic maintenance and care of trucks
• Assists as needed in warehouse, including stocking, inventory counts, and unloading
• Completes required paperwork which includes : 1) time worked, 2) footage installed, 3) material loaded on truck, 4) material used, 5) material returned to inventory
• Maintains cleanliness of warehouse in accordance with Tindell's safety and administrative policies

Required Qualifications :

Skilled Communication and team building traits.

Willingness to undergo additional training and certifications as required.

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION :

Valid driver's license with F endorsement

Must be able to pass D.O.T. Physical and drug screen
