A leading local home builder is seeking a skilled Warranty Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with 2+ years of residential construction or warranty experience who enjoy working hands-on to deliver top-notch customer service.

Warranty Technician Responsibilities :

• Perform warranty service work on completed homes to resolve customer concerns
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and repairs as needed
• Communicate with homeowners regarding warranty issues and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors when specialized repairs are required
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
• Support the Construction and Customer Service teams in maintaining quality standards
