Graphic Designer (Remote)

The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling graphics for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, print experience and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Graphic Design for Proposals

• Design visually engaging graphics, diagrams, and layouts for proposals, ensuring alignment with LEMOINE's brand and client requirements.
• Create infographics, charts, and illustrations to communicate complex disaster recovery and response concepts effectively to multiple audiences.
• Collaborate with Proposal Coordinators and technical staff to translate project details into clear, visually appealing graphic content.
• Verify all graphics meet solicitation requirements, including compliance with RFP specifications and branding guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on design elements to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across proposal deliverables.
• Ensure photography and images in proposals with emphasis on only using appropriate and approved imagery following copyright standards.
