The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative, learner-centered training solutions that align with business priorities. This role partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement.

Conduct needs analysis and performance consulting to identify learning gaps

Design and develop innovative and engaging learning solutions aligned with business priorities and objectives

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content and validate learning outcomes

Develop and maintain learning materials, paths, and course frameworks

Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to ensure clarity, usability, engagement, and business impact

Design and develop engaging learning solutions and materials aligned with business objectives

Stay current with instructional design best practices, trends, and emerging technologies

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

~ Experience with multimedia content creation (video, audio, graphics)

~ Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field required

~ 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
