Food and Beverage Manager

We're looking for a passionate and highly motivated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant, bar, and event space operations. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, controlling costs, and leading a high-performing team. You'll report to the Assistant General Manager / General Manager and supervise the Restaurant, Kitchen, and Banquet Teams.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee daily operations of restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and compliance with brand and health standards.
• Coordinate and execute banquet events , including setup, AV, and F&B service.
• Lead and develop your team

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas, servers, kitchen, and banquet staff. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management, stepping in to cover shifts as needed.

Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs, oversee inventory, ordering, and support budgeting.

Resolve complaints promptly and uphold brand service standards.

What We're Looking For :

Familiarity with banquet setup and group catering.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

ServSafe Food Handler / Manager and TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification.
