They’re now hiring a Vice President of Engineering to join the executive team and scale a high-performing org that’s driving the next wave of AI-powered, user-driven product development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead engineering strategy, outcomes, and execution across a global team.
• Scale the org, hiring top-tier engineers and managers while building systems for clarity and accountability.
• Partner with Product and Design to deliver innovative features that solve real user needs.
• Shape and deliver the company’s AI vision, embedding intelligence into workflows and products.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, influencing company roadmap and direction.
