What You’ll Do

As an ECE SPED Teacher , every day is a chance to make a lifelong impact. You’ll :

• Create magical learning moments : Develop and teach individualized lessons for your little learners, meeting each child where they are.
• Champion growth & confidence : Use formal and informal assessments to guide instruction and celebrate every milestone.
• Build a joyful, structured environment : Encourage positive behaviors, model social skills, and keep the classroom safe and organized.
• Support the whole child : From reading to routine care (yes, sometimes that means helping with snacks or diapering), you’ll ensure every child feels safe and supported.
• Team up for success : Collaborate with families, paraprofessionals, and support staff to create a community where every child can shine.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Education (or related field) required; Master’s preferred for select roles
