Immediate Printing Operator

GoldLeaf Print & Packaging is seeking a Digital Printing Specialist to join our production team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in digital printing who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to producing work of the highest quality.

As a Digital Printing Specialist, you will operate advanced Konica digital presses . You will work closely with design, prepress, and finishing teams to ensure projects are completed with precision, consistency, and efficiency.

Operate and maintain Konica digital presses with attention to accuracy and efficiency

Review job tickets and prepress files to verify correctness prior to production

Monitor print runs to ensure consistency, quality, and color accuracy

Troubleshoot equipment and software issues to minimize downtime

Provide support to other departments (including Guillotine Cutter operations) as needed

Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence

Previous experience operating digital printing presses required (Konica strongly preferred)

Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical and software issues

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of computer software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
