Overview
We're looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, automation, and customer engagement. You'll help us design and streamline how customer environments are deployed, configured, and maintained — building the systems that make our deployments scalable, repeatable, and reliable. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, collaborating directly with customers, and wearing multiple hats across development, operations, and integration.
What You'll Do
- Design and automate Azure-based deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI / CD pipelines.
- Build, extend, and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows , integrating across REST APIs and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with customer teams to understand deployment needs, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop PowerShell or Bash scripts , templates, and automation logic to orchestrate and monitor infrastructure and applications.
- Implement SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Redis) integrations for configuration, data movement, and operational reliability.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews , clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and contribute to observability and performance improvements.
Required Skills
TechnicalStrong Azure experience (administration, IaC, deployment automation).
Linux / Unix administration background.SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Redis) hands-on experience.REST API design and integrations.ETL / data pipeline development and optimization.Scripting in PowerShell and / or BashInfrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI / CD pipeline experience.Soft Skills
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Highly self-directed; thrives with minimal oversight.Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.Strong asynchronous collaboration skills (documentation, updates, issue tracking).Nice to Have
Azure Bicep or ARM templatesExperience with message queues / event streaming (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor).Experience with .NET and Python for backend APIs, scripting, and data pipeline logic.Location & Eligibility
