Picture your day starting at Oliver Inc. with a hot cup of coffee and a fresh production schedule in hand. You review job tickets, pull materials, and plan your setup so each run flows smoothly. You dial in the feeder, glue system, folder plates, pack station, and integrated inspection system. You verify folds, paper size, and stock thickness, then bring the line up to speed.

Throughout the shift, you’re the steady hand behind the folding–gluer : watching glue lines, catching variances, correcting issues on the fly, and ensuring every carton meets spec. When something isn’t right, you troubleshoot—mechanical tweaks, minor repairs, or a preventative maintenance touch-up—so quality never slips. Between runs, you clean and reset the equipment, confirm inventory for upcoming jobs, and cross-check the schedule to stay ahead.

What you’ll do

• Set up the feeder, glue system, folder plates, pack station, and inspection systems for each job.
• Adjust and operate the folding–gluer; verify number of folds, sheet size, and material thickness.
• Configure and run the automated, computer-controlled integrated inspection system.
• Continuously monitor output to ensure quality and accuracy; correct issues promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs.
• Work safely and efficiently; manage inventory for jobs, verify the production schedule, and complete post-run equipment cleaning.
