Job Title : Program Manager.

Location : Kentwood, MI.

Reports To : General Manager.

Employment Type : Hourly pay with bonus opportunities.

Position Summary :

The Program Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing Costco Roadshow events, ensuring smooth operations from setup through teardown, and driving sales through customer engagement. This role also leads the roadshow team to ensure professionalism and high performance. This position is flexible in schedule adhering to the schedule of the roadshows, and needs weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage Costco Members : Interact with members as they shop to discuss our premium custom window treatments.
Plan, set up, and tear down Costco Roadshow displays at various locations in accordance with company and Costco standards.
Work roadshow events as needed at all assigned Costco locations, engaging members, promoting products, and driving sales.
Maintain open communication with Warehouse Managers to build strong relationships and ensure compliance with Costco expectations.
Schedule Roadshow staff , ensuring all shifts are covered during shows and adequate support is provided.
Train staff by working alongside them, providing feedback, setting clear expectations, and ensuring a positive, upbeat team environment.
Monitor and record all member and sales data in the WinGen App , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Track sales performance and provide feedback to the General Manager on member trends and opportunities.
Ensure all displays are visually appealing, fully stocked, and compliant with Costco requirements.
Act as the on-site lead , coordinating event schedules, managing staffing, and maintaining professional presentation.
Handle member issues or escalations in a professional and customer-first manner.

Qualifications :

Previous sales, retail, or event experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and lead a team.

Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage event logistics and staff scheduling.

Comfortable training, mentoring, and giving real-time feedback to staff.

Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.

Willingness to travel to multiple Costco locations; valid driver’s license and require reliable transportation to fit the roadshow display for transportation.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with setup / teardown.

Proficiency with virtual sales tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and CRM systems.

Work Environment & Schedule :

Roadshow events do include some weekends and require flexibility with schedules.

Travel between Costco locations is required. Locations are as follows :

Wyoming Michigan.

Kalamazoo Michigan.

Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Fruitport, Michigan.
