What This Position Is All About : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Store Associate for Merchandise and Visual Presentation to support and oversee the execution of corporate merchandising and visual direction within the store. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining an attractive and compelling store presentation that aligns with seasonal themes, ensuring that store signage, window displays, and perimeter graphics are updated in accordance with corporate standards. This role is key in creating a visually engaging shopping experience that drives customer traffic and supports sales.

You Also Have :

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience with a focus on visual merchandising, merchandising coordination, or similar role.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $19 and $23 / hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
