Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key responsibilities include :
- Lead project teams through planning, execution, and completion
- Develop scopes of work and manage procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations
- Facilitate coordination between design professionals, consultants, and field teams
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and cost tracking reports
- Conduct regular project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have :
Proven experience in large scale construction project managementExperience managing healthcare, multifamily, or mission critical projects preferredStrong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordinationExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management software and Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredOSHA certification and additional training a plusWhat's on Offer
