Description :

The surgical unit performs all specialties except for transplant surgeries in a 13-room operating room.

Effective 11 / 30 / 24, local staff will not be allowed to work.

Travelers are allowed to work past this date within specific roles.

All travelers are required to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as necessary.

Travelers must have experience in a variety of surgical procedures.

The unit utilizes special equipment, including two advanced robotic surgical systems.

Patient demographics include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

The unit provides a collaborative environment with interdisciplinary support services.

Travelers are expected to demonstrate proficiency in aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures.

All candidates must provide two supervisory references upon application.

Compliance with healthcare policies is mandatory for all staff.

Candidates must be prepared to handle emergency situations and patient safety protocols.

Availability for weekend shifts and holiday coverage is required.
