Job Description

We're seeking a Licensed Plumbing Sales & Service Technician to join the team! In this role, you’ll perform plumbing service work while also generating sales through onsite consultations with residential customers. We’re looking for a Licensed Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber with strong sales ability who values quality, integrity, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend on-call.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and offer expert solutions to customers
  • Generate and close sales during service calls (sewer line reroutes, trenchless replacement, etc.)
  • Promote Halo Plumbing products and services during site visits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication
  • Coordinate effectively with office and dispatch teams

Requirements :

  • Current Texas Journeyman or Tradesman License
  • Proven ability to close sales and explain technical options to homeowners
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Drug-free, with clear background check
  • Strong communication, honesty, and professionalism
  • Team-oriented and organized
