We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our turnkey construction department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires close collaboration with clients, as well as coordination with our internal food service, interior design, and branding teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. Given the national scope of our projects, some travel will be required.

Compensation :

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Management :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Oversee all stages of construction, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
