A company is looking for an HR Specialist, Compliance & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with HR compliance, benefits, annual audits, and recommend best practices to leadership
Serve as backup for leave of absence and benefits administration to ensure business continuity
Monitor HR, Benefits, & Payroll compliance and assist with internal compliance audits and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3+ years in Compliance, Leave Administration, & Benefits
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of employment-related compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
Excellent organizational skills
