What is the role about?
This role ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance, which supports strategic decision-making across the organization. In addition, by supporting audits and internal controls, they help safeguard company assets and uphold Endress+Hauser's commitment to excellence and transparency.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
What do we expect from you?
You will have (required) :
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting / Finance or Business AdministrationYou may have (preferred) :
1-3 years of accounting experienceKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, or International Accounting StandardsProficient in Microsoft ExcelProficient in ERP / accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with a commitment to continuous learningAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat can you expect from us?
