Title : Manager, Manufacturing Process Development (NPI – Design Transfer) Location : On-site, Lakewood, CO Schedule : M-F 9 : 00am- 5 : 00pm Pay : $122,100-$152,600 10% bonus (bonus, excellent healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO), relocation assistance Type : Direct / Permanent Start date : Immediate Overview : Our client, a global medical device leader, is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Process Development (NPI–Design Transfer) to drive the transition of electromechanical devices from R&D to manufacturing. This role provides leadership and technical guidance to the engineering team, ensures FDA and quality compliance, and partners cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and regulatory. The manager will also spearhead process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance. Responsibilities : Lead design transfer from R&D to manufacturing for electromechanical medical devices Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical decision-making support for engineering team Ensure compliance with FDA and quality regulations during design transfer and production Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and regulatory Drive continuous process improvement initiatives in manufacturing Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably in medical devices Experience with design transfer (R&D to manufacturing) People leadership experience (managing direct reports) Technical leadership in electromechanical systems / process development Strong cross-functional collaboration (manufacturing, R&D, regulatory, quality) Experience with FDA / Quality System compliance and design transfer Proven ability to mentor and lead engineers The company provides competitive total reward offerings that consist of compensation, benefits, recognition, along with a wealth of other well-being, work-life and recognition programs which support in unlocking the potential for you and your family.
