Job Overview

To contribute toward the efficient operation of 2nd and 3rd Shift operations by performing lead shift tasks to assist Production Supervisors as needed.Also, must be able to manage shifts independently without supervision as needed. Complies with current ISO requirements, all safety requirements, and good housekeeping.

• Work as a team and maintain excellent working relationships with all employees, maintaining an effective and open communication with all employees and all functions, and encourage employee involvement.

• Provide managerial role in dealing with shop problems and make the decisions necessary
