Monitor affiliate call traffic for quality and compliance, addressing issues with actionable feedback

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or technical support in relevant fields

Experience with call routing, queue management, and dialer operations

Familiarity with KPI tracking and operational reporting tools

Understanding of CMS, TCPA, and other compliance frameworks

Ability to manage workflows across multiple teams and adjust routing as needed
