We are seeking a energetic, skilled ​  Leaker Lead for opening in our facility in  Arkansas City, KS.

We operate 24 / 7, 7 days per week. Shift is 8am-4 : 30pm this opportunity will require flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

Job Summary :

Oversees and coordinates up to 15 individuals who are responsible for collecting product samples, sorting and restacking pallets, relabeling product and cases, and completing job specific forms.

Coordinate KanPak Quality activities and operations to meet objective for quality, food safety, integrity, regulatory compliances, cost, safety and customer satisfaction at KanPak

Participate in formulating and administering division’s short and long range goals and objectives for business growth
