Were seeking a technically minded Project Manager to lead innovation initiatives and support internal operations, sales, and customer success.

Position Overview

The Technical Project Manager will lead project planning and execution across technical and operational domains. This role bridges the gap between engineering, production, and customer-facing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, project management experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical project planning, execution, and delivery across departments.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Interface with internal teams and external developers to ensure project success.

Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and training materials.

Provide technical support to sales, customer service, and production teams.

Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and product documentation.

Monitor, track, and report on project progress; identify and implement course corrections.

Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure product specifications are met.

Maintain internal systems with accurate product and customer data.

Respond to customer inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely information.

Recommend technical solutions in consultation with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management within technical, R&D, or manufacturing environments.

Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.

Experience with project planning, resource management, budgeting, and reporting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited direction.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM / ERP systems.

Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with roofing systems or architectural products.

Experience with quoting tools or CAD software.

Background in technical sales or support.
