Location : Mercy LIFE Norristown, Norristown, PA

Status : Full time

Shift : Mon to Fri, 8 am to 4 : 30 pm

Position Purpose : Provide and assist participants with daily living activities, restorative, and supportive care. Monitor and report participants' health status and ensure a safe environment.

Position Information : Majority of work will be performed in the facility. However, some home care or community work may be required to collect ordered blood draws or specimens.

What You Will Do :

• Assist in participant care during exams and treatments.
• Perform assessments, take vital signs, and manage medication administration.
• Conduct lab specimen collection, EKGs, and other tasks as directed.
• Provide ADL assistance and maintain cleanliness in the clinic.
• Manage supplies and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform front desk duties, including participant check-ins and phone handling.
• Maintain current written records, indicating ongoing documentation of services provided, reassessments of changing needs, and participant's expressed wishes.
