Role : Automation / AI-ML Senior Engineer

Location : Onsite in Ft. Mill. SC or Austin, TX

We are seeking a skilled Automation / AI-ML Senior Engineer to design and implement intelligent agents and AI-driven systems using cutting-edge technologies. This role involves working with Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and cloud-native tools to build scalable, modular solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Ansible and PowerShell.

Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow for ITSM processes such as incident, change, and request management.

Collaborate with system administrators and application teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.

Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and well-documented.

Monitor and troubleshoot automation jobs and resolve issues proactively.

Design and develop intelligent agents using Agentic AI frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into enterprise systems.

Work with AWS Cloud services and DevOps pipelines.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.

Leverage Copilot or Cursor AI for test case generation and validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in IT automation or infrastructure scripting.

Strong API development skills in .NET and Python.

Hands-on experience in AI development and agent orchestration.

Proficiency in AWS Cloud services and DevOps practices.

Infrastructure automation using Terraform.

Ability to generate and validate test cases using AI tools.
