As a Ford Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and performance. Base pay range
$75,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles using manufacturer guidelines
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues and implement effective solutions
- Communicate repair needs and maintenance options to customers clearly and professionally
- Stay up-to-date with Ford technology, diagnostic tools, and industry advances
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to meet customer needs and service goals
