The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Site Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the security operations of construction sites, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, property, and information. This role involves monitoring surveillance systems, coordinating security protocols, and managing security personnel. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for construction sites.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of surveillance systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure security plans align with construction schedules and activities.
• Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to security personnel.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the security team.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among security staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to construction site security.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on security activities, incidents, and compliance status to senior management.
