Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience / leadership experience in a plant in multiple functions (i.e., production, maintenance, process engineering, etc.) Required
Competencies & Skills :
- Experience in implementing, and strong knowledge of, Lean and Six Sigma business systems. Six sigma green or black belt certification preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for safety, customer centricity and operational excellence.
- Understanding of the interaction between operational excellence and customer service.
