Position Overview

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for overseeing electrical work on construction sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing a team of electricians, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with all electrical codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical teams on site.
• Ensure that all electrical work is performed according to applicable codes and safety standards.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to electricians and apprentices.
• Communicate with project managers and other foremen to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
