Position Overview The NP / PA will perform standardized health assessments for Medicare and Commercial patient populations. This position emphasizes autonomy, consistency, and work-life balance. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments, including reviewing past medical history, prescriptions, and new concerns. Complete a minimum of 20 patient assessments per week. Collaborate with scheduling staff and other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations. Manage documentation efficiently using Microsoft Word and electronic systems. Qualifications BLS and DEA certifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Texas. Board Certification required.
