Tech Infra Scrum Master / Kanban Manager

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Serve as Scrum Master / Kanban Manager for 4-5 infrastructure-focused teams within the Service Delivery Management department.
• Lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve sprint and project goals while adhering to agile best practices and company adoption strategies.
• Facilitate the agile process, including sprint planning, iteration cadence, release planning, and the removal of impediments and risks.
• Manage multiple related tasks and projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful program delivery.
• Develop, track, and report on project metrics, success criteria, testing, and deployment activities.
• Foster a collaborative, problem-solving environment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of agile practices, tools, and processes.
• Oversee daily team activities, resource allocation, and conduct regular team meetings for effective communication and coordination.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with organizational policies.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing excellent service and clear communication across groups.
• Apply servant-leadership principles to drive change management and agile maturity within infrastructure teams.
• Requirements include proven Agile / Scrum / Kanban and infrastructure experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred qualifications : Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, and / or PMI-ACP certifications; infrastructure experience is mandatory.
• This is a hybrid role based in Alpharetta, GA; candidates must be local and eligible to work without sponsorship.
