Serve as Scrum Master / Kanban Manager for 4-5 infrastructure-focused teams within the Service Delivery Management department.
Lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve sprint and project goals while adhering to agile best practices and company adoption strategies.
Facilitate the agile process, including sprint planning, iteration cadence, release planning, and the removal of impediments and risks.
Manage multiple related tasks and projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful program delivery.
Develop, track, and report on project metrics, success criteria, testing, and deployment activities.
Foster a collaborative, problem-solving environment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of agile practices, tools, and processes.
Oversee daily team activities, resource allocation, and conduct regular team meetings for effective communication and coordination.
Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with organizational policies.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing excellent service and clear communication across groups.
Apply servant-leadership principles to drive change management and agile maturity within infrastructure teams.
Requirements include proven Agile / Scrum / Kanban and infrastructure experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications : Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, and / or PMI-ACP certifications; infrastructure experience is mandatory.
This is a hybrid role based in Alpharetta, GA; candidates must be local and eligible to work without sponsorship.
