A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the involuntary and voluntary separation process with a focus on compliance and employee experience
Coordinate and deliver documentation requests from legal partners and act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding their last day of employment
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiencies across the organization
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources handling complex employee inquiries
Experience resolving data issues within an HRIS, preferably Workday
Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
Experience in managing sensitive and confidential matters
