About the Role

True Harmony Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finished Products Manager to lead

our post-harvest operations in our state-of-the-art cultivation facility. This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency as products move from harvest through drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and distribution. We are looking for a strong manager with knowledge of cannabis processing and a proven ability to manage teams and production workflows. Requirements

Physical Requirements / Environmental Factors

Lifting : Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Standing / Walking : Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, often in a greenhouse environment.

Repetitive Motion : Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to handle equipment.

Manual Dexterity : Proficient hand-eye coordination for tasks such as cloning, trellising, and transplanting.

Work Environment : Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels typical of greenhouse environments.

Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
