Job description :
Develop and validate requirements for various complex communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and other electromagnetic systems and components. Develop and validate electromagnetic requirements for electrical / electronic systems, mechanical systems, interconnects, and structures. Design architectures to integrate complex systems and components into higher-level systems and platforms. Perform trade studies, modeling, simulation, and other forms of analysis to predict component, interconnects, and system performance, optimizing design around established requirements. Define and conduct critical tests to validate the performance of designs to requirements. Manage critical supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance with requirements. Provide support to products throughout their lifecycle, from manufacturing to customer use, offering guidance and support to resolve complex issues. Support project management by coordinating the development of work statements, budgets, schedules, and other required inputs, and conducting appropriate reviews. Generate major sections of proposals to support the development of new business. Work independently under minimal direction in a non-managerial and non-leadership role.

The selected candidate will serve as the main point of contact to the Electronic Warfare customer and leadership for various programs. The candidate will maintain technical management of the project by preparing project plans and tracking status using various tools that provide metrics. Daily communication and coordination with both the customer and leadership is expected.
