Your Role on Our Team
As a Senior Talent Specialist on the Talent Solution Center team, you will support both the Talent Team and be the initial point of contact for employees. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient, consistent, and scalable service delivery across the organization and is responsible for assisting in the execution of Talent projects and managing employee data.

The Tools You'll Bring With You
Must be fluent in Spanish and English. This position requires an associate degree in Business Administration or Communications and / or equivalent experience. A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. An outstanding attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-up skills. A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently as well as on a team. A proficiency in Excel.
Other Tools We Prefer You To Have
At least two years of experience in a similar position is preferred. Previous experience in an office environment. Previous experience in Workday and Kronos / UKG.
