Digital Press Operator - Print Production
Location : Edgerton, WI
Pay : $17-$20 per hour (based on experience)

We're seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This role offers a steady schedule, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, creative production environment.
If you have 2+ years of experience in digital print production , operating digital presses , or the direct / digital mail industry , we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain digital printing presses to meet production goals
- Review job tickets to verify materials, file accuracy, and finishing requirements
- Monitor print runs to ensure consistent color quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing or equipment issues as they arise
- Perform routine maintenance and collaborate with team members across departments
- Inspect finished work for precision and consistency
- Maintain detailed production and maintenance records
- Follow all safety standards and process improvement initiatives
