ServiceNow Senior Developer

A company is looking for a Sr ServiceNow Developer / Architect for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Build, troubleshoot, and optimize Discovery patterns to ensure the CMDB is accurate

Create and maintain end-to-end Service Maps to assess business impact during outages

Run Health Scans and Instance Assessments to maintain ServiceNow platform performance

Required Qualifications

Proven experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions

Experience with Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping

Knowledge of Event Management and AIOps

Familiarity with Mid Server setup and API integrations (REST / SOAP / JavaScript)

Ability to work collaboratively with networking teams on infrastructure requirements
