Job Description :
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the State of Good Repair (SOGR) Device Replacement / Upgrade Project . This large-scale initiative focuses on replacing or upgrading all iPhones and iPads that are over five (5) years old or incompatible with the upcoming iOS 18 update.
The Assistant Project Manager will coordinate with multiple departments to assess existing inventories, develop a detailed replacement plan, and ensure that all new devices meet IT and security compliance standards . The role includes oversight of deployment logistics, scheduling, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Support planning, execution, and monitoring of the SOGR Device Replacement / Upgrade Project.
Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure accurate device inventory and replacement schedules.
Oversee deployment logistics, including hardware delivery, setup, and documentation.
Ensure all devices meet organizational IT, security, and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reports using tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera .
Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Communicate project updates and timelines to stakeholders and leadership.
Support post-deployment validation and reporting.
