• Design global e‑commerce creator products for mobile and PC platforms.
• Collaborate with the product manager to explore TikTok's interest-based e‑commerce creator sales models and provide high‑quality solutions for matching creators and merchants on the platform.
• Understand the full business logic, set design goals aligned with business objectives, and drive end‑to‑end design work including research, strategy, output, implementation, and iterative follow-up to ensure usability and aesthetics.
• Participate in business discussions and lead end‑to‑end experience optimization to achieve business metrics.

Job Information

Compensation : The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $130,382 – $243,073 annually. Total compensation may include bonuses / incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits vary by location and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off. Benefits terms are subject to change.
