Sr. Financial Analyst

System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for a Sr. Financial Analyst. This position will be involved in the budgeting & forecasting process as well as conducting research on industry intelligence. Responsibilities : Prepare corporate and location budgets periodically. Review and analyze monthly comparing actual to budget and determine explanations for variances Generate KPIs and financial performance reporting for locations Develop and prepare the monthly management reporting packages Conduct industry research and provide information to management on which decisions can be based Oversee capital expenditure information tracking actual spend compared to budget Special projects as assigned Requirements : Minimum of 3 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Above average Excel skills and comfortable with ERP systems Strong analytical and problem solving skills Detail oriented and highly organized Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Strong work ethic with a great attitude Salary : $70K - $80K System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
