Job Title : Transactional Corporate Attorney

Location :  Lexington KY

Experience Level :  7+ Years preferred with experience in Mergers and Acquistions

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Corporate Attorney to join our Boutique law firm catering to business needs in Lexington Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on corporate and business law matters, including entity formation and governance.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.

Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions, including performing due diligence.

Counsel clients on regulatory compliance and general corporate strategy.

Work closely with clients across diverse industries, providing practical and solutions-oriented advice.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Kentucky Bar (or eligibility to waive in).

Preferred 7 years of corporate transactional experience, including business formations, contracts, and M&A.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to excellent client service, professionalism, and teamwork.

  • Book of Business preffered but not required.
