Position Summary :
The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as the central point of contact for the VP Provider Network Services (PNS). The EA is responsible for managing complex calendars, document preparation, data entry, coordinating interviews for providers and staff, facilitating smooth communication and assisting in the onboarding of new hire providers and staff. The EA is responsible for general office duties and supports the department by participating in a variety of department projects as assigned. The EA will also work closely with Administrative Assistants across the organization and supporting the directors of PNS. The EA respects confidential information and exercises good judgment. The EA must have a good sense of business understanding, enabling them to effectively prioritize tasks for their own work. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The EA will provide support for the mission, vision, and values of Conway Medical Center (CMC) to serve both internal and external customers.
Qualifications : Education :
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate degree in related field preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years’ prior experience working in an office environment required.Prior experience working in healthcare environment preferred.Prior experience working in the administrative suite preferred.Licensure / Certification / Registration
