Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and collaborate with client teams to implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
Document business requirements and lead stakeholder forums for ITSM process improvements
Develop training materials and metrics to measure the effectiveness of ITSM processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT service management and ITIL processes
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
Familiarity with AI, specifically ServiceNow Now Assist is preferred
Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus
