- Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.

- Verify patient demographic information and ensure proper labeling of specimens.

Job Requirements
Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.Possess excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.Be flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.Commit to all policies and procedures, including company dress code and health & safety guidelines.Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record, if applicable.Travel and flexible hours are required to work at multiple locations and cover at Patient Service Centers / In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.Demonstrate superior customer focus and the ability to communicate openly and transparently.Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.Medical training : medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.Work Experience
Three years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.Minimum two years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.Keyboard / data entry experience.Additional Job Details
Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite (bus, Uber, rideshare is not considered reliable).Must be available to work whenever scheduled, be on time, and stay for the entire shift.Excessive absenteeism / tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination.Ensure you verify the commute time to / from the physical work location when applying.Candidates need to be within a 20-25 minute commute window to ensure their ability to travel to / from the site for coverage.Hours : M-F 7 : 30AM - 12 : 00PM
